Terms of service
Party Events / Bookings
- An initial 50% deposit prior to the event is required at time of booking, followed by a final payment of the remaining 50% deposit required at latest 2 days before the date of the booked event.
- Additional fees may apply for extra decorations, travel zones or extended durations
- Any changes to headcount must be confirmed 3 days before the event
- if fewer guests attend on the day, charges will still be based on the originally confirmed number.
- The client must provide a space ready for the workshop party
- Deposits refundable for cancellations at least 3 days before the event
All Cancellations
Please contact us on hello@feelfun.com.au regarding this.
- Workshops: Full refunds are only given for cancellations atleast 48 hours prior to the time of the workshops
- In the rare event that a class must be cancelled or rescheduled, it may be done so at any time before the scheduled date. You will be notified and receive a full refund, or you can choose to attend another class of the same value.
PHOTOGRAPHY
- Photos and videos may be used for promotional purposes unless parents request otherwise
LIABILITY
- Feel fun is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items
- Parents must inform staff of any allergies or medical conditions
